Autumnal wedding flowers

I love the change of seasons and this wedding really is the start of using beautiful autumnal colours.
These photos show the progress from notes and tartan samples through to delivery at the venue.

As usual, I didn't get to see it all set up exactly as the bride saw it.

Two hundred roses collected and waiting to be conditioned.

Some of the other flowers to be used.

The arrangements for the top table

Two flower girl posies looked after by a guard duck.

On Sunday the sun looked like it was going to shine so we took a trip to Edinburgh to see an exhibition at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and then have a walk in the Royal Botanic Gardens. It was great to have the chance to enjoy a bit of sunshine and fresh air.
